Since I was six years old, my grandmothers; Marilyn and Paulette, baked with me as often as possible. Doing this with them created my passion for baking, which grew into the dream of owning my own bakery. Which is now a reality! To honor my grandmothers, I intertwined Marilyn and Paulette to create my business name - Marilette. This entire dream wouldn't exist without them.
From mixing the ingredients, to decorating the finished product; every step of the baking process is done by hand. Every product at Marilette Pâtisserie is made from scratch, ensuring each item that leaves the bakery is of the highest quality.
